Here are some frequently asked questions:
I am a beginner, will
I be able to do the quilt blocks?
Actually the blocks
are a great experience for beginners since you will have
opportunity to do 12-15 different block designs during the
series. This will help to build your confidence level. Matter of
fact a large number of our members have never done a BOM before
and are loving the experience.
What if I run into
trouble and don't understand the instructions?
We have put a lot of
time into trying to make sure that doesn't happen. We walk you
step by step instructions, we also provide detailed diagrams in
each step and a full color diagram.
What if I still don't
understand?
If you still don't
understand that is ok, you may email us or call our 800 number
and we will work it out together.
What if I ruin a
piece?
We put extra "oops"
pieces in all our kits, and if that isn't enough we pro- vided
free replacement pieces.
How do I get a
replacement piece?
If you should need one
all you do is send the damaged piece back (it helps with
figuring out just what piece you need) along with a
self-addressed stamped envelope. We will immediately send you a
new piece.
I would like to make a
queen size sampler quilt, is this possible?
Yes due to request in the
past we have made our new line with enough blocks
for those who desire to make
theirs larger.
How often will I receive my
blocks? .
You will receive one block a
month for 12-15 months depending on which subscription you
signed up for.
When will my account be
billed?
Unless other wised requested
we bill all blocks out the first of each month.
How do I request to have my
account billed at a later time?
There is a commit box
provided during the checkout process where you may state when
would be a more convenient time.
How many blocks come in the
twin and how many in the queen?
There are 12 sampler blocks
in the twin and 15 in the queen.
Three extra blocks doesn't
seem enough to change from a twin to a queen.
There are also three extra
blocks in the queen size finishing kit which allows for a full
extra column of blocks.
What if I decided later on I
want to change my subscription to a queen?
That is no problem, just let
us know and we will make the change on your subscription.
When do I order my finishing
kit?
You may order it at any time,
currently we are not sending them out until the subscriptions
end.
Can I order just the
finishing kit?
Sorry, we only make those
available for those who are subscription member.
Can I be a member of more
than one club?
Certainly, it is totally up
to you how many clubs you enroll in.
How come your price is less
than what I see in the stores?
Since you have to pay
shipping and handling on-line we cut the price to cover for it,
other wise the kits would also sell for $17.95 plus shipping and
handling.
My circumstance have changed
and I no longer can keep my membership can I cancel?
You may cancel at anytime
without penalty.
